Rooms Available for Rent
The gym and a variety of rooms are available for rental. Reservations are required. Rates and room descriptions are as follows:
- This room is 16x28 carpeted; it seats with tables and chairs up to 30 people.
- The conference room is designed for business meetings and presentations.
- The cost is $40 per hour for residents, non-residents $50 per hour.

- Room B is 27x33 with tile flooring; it seats with tables and chairs up to 60 people.
- This room is designed for small groups or meetings.
- The cost is residents $50 per hour, non-residents $60 per hour.

- This room is 16x26 with tile flooring; it seats with tables and chairs up to 36 people.
- It is designed for birthday parties or other events that include food. It also is the perfect room for clubs or organizations to do many kinds of arts and crafts.
- The cost is $40 per hour for residents, non-residents $50 per hour.

- This room is 29x41 with tile flooring; it seats with tables and chairs up to 80 people.
- It is designed for larger parties that could include showers, wedding, anniversaries and graduation parties.
- The cost is $55 per hour for residents, non-residents $65 per hour.

- This room is 33x33 with tile flooring; it seats with tables and chairs up to 75 people.
- It is designed for larger parties that could include showers, wedding, anniversaries and graduation parties.
- The cost is $50 per hour for residents, non-residents $60 per hour.

- Practice: $55 (non-residents:$60)
- Games: $60 (non-residents:$65)
- Leagues/Non-Sport/Tournaments/Camps: Varies
Hourly rates vary depending on the event. If the protective floor covering must be laid, an additional $250 set-up fee will be charged and the gym must be rented for a minimum of 8 hours.

Refund Policy
Cancellations 30 days or more before the event date are penalized 50% of the total rental amount. Cancellations less than 30 days before the event date are penalized 100% of the cost of the rental.
Cleaning Deposit
All lessees must pay a cleaning deposit. Failure to comply with cleaning requirements will result in the forfeiture of the cleaning deposit.
