Adult Tennis Bootcamp
You are never too old to play tennis and never too old to start. Grips, footwork, forehand and backhand groundstrokes, volleys and serve will be introduced. Participants will also focus on coordinating movement and balance, hitting the ball with purpose and direction, and improve skill level through strengthening of the fundamentals. All levels welcome!

Session 2: Sundays, March 8- April 19, 2026 (no class April 5) (Moves outdoors April 12)
Session 3: Sundays, May 3 - June 7, 2026 (outdoors)

Beginner Yoga
An introduction to yoga focusing on breathing techniques and correct alignment. This class is designed to give you the foundation needed to help support you without worry as you move into a regular yoga flow setting. All levels are welcome.

Bump, Set, Play! (Open Volleyball - 18 & Older)
Join other like-minded individuals this Fall/Winter playing pick-up volleyball in the Forks Township Community Center.

Cardio Drumming (18 & Up)
Cardio Drumming is a brain and body fitness class which combines rhythmical drumming and movement. Each class is uniquely designed to energize and motivate your fitness routine with fitness balls and drumsticks. No experience required – come join the fun!

Country Line Dancing (18 & up)
Did you ever want to learn how to Line Dance? Come join instructor Krysta on the dance floor for a fun line dancing class. Put on your dancing boots (or sneakers)! Learn 2-3 popular Country Line Dances with step-by-step instruction. Great for all levels – no experience needed!

Forks Township Jazzercise offers group fitness classes for all levels. Our classes incorporate dance cardio with strength training to sculpt and tone your muscles in the ultimate full-body workout. Latin Dance Fitness (18 & up)
This 45-minute class combines Salsa, Merengue, Samba, Chacha and other Latin Dance styles for a high-energy, cardio experience. Danced to upbeat Latin Music, you can easily take all the moves done in this class straight to the dance floor. Come ready to sweat and leave with a smile! All levels are welcome!

Meet Me in the Kitchen (Open Pickleball)
Get your friends together and come out to try your hand at Pickleball. Pickleball combines tennis, badminton and ping pong for a fun game. It is played with a perforated plastic baseball sized ball and composite paddles.
The game is easy for beginners to learn but can develop into a quick, fast-paced, competitive game for experienced players. The courts are a first come first serve basis and cannot be reserved during open Pickleball timeframes.
When: Monday, Wednesday, & Friday
Session 1 Time: 8:30 am-10:30 am. (M, W, & F)
Session 2 Time: 11:00 am - 1:00 pm (M, W, & F)
Session 3 Time: 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm (W)

Pickleball Lessons (18&Up)
Learn the rules and how to play from an experienced instructor. Equipment is encouraged, but not necessary. Pickleball is a great activity to stay active, socialize, and fulfill the need for healthy competition.

Yoga Flow
In this class, we will link breath to mindful movement in a flowing sequence of seated, standing and balancing postures building heat, strength and flexibility.
Instructors teaching style leans heavily toward Iyengar style yoga more than other styles. Iyengar practice focuses on the pranayama: linking movement to breath. Instructors also utilize props for an all levels experience, using bolsters, blankets, yoga straps and blocks to achieve the full experience of the poses while minimizing the risk of injury.
Please bring a yoga mat, a towel, and a water bottle.

Zumba (18&Up)
Turn up with Tammy! Zumba is a combination of Cardio, Salsa, Merenge, Bachata, Toning and Stretching to Latin and top current music. Come sweat, smile and shake with us!
