Snow Plowing Notice To Forks Township Residents
In time of snow, crews start plowing when the accumulation reaches two (2) inches. The snow plow will go through the streets twice, the first time is to clear the travel lanes and the second will be for clearing curb to curb.
Residents are encouraged to remove all vehicles from the streets to allow the plows the ability to clear curb to curb. If there is a snow / ice emergency in place, cars parked on a snow emergency route will be towed at owner's expense. Also, wait until the snow is pushed back to the curbs before clearing your driveways.
